After two years now, that initiative is starting to gain in velocity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each year my team updates the audits and strategies and measures the impact of that work on both our website performance as well as potential impact on user engagement and hopefully patient appointment volumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have created some basic templates that you are welcome to download and use.
